Frequently Asked Questions

What's the minimum order quantity?

Depends what it is. Printed lanyards from 30. Tote bags from 50. Wristbands from 100, t-shirts from 25. Card holders, clips and reels come by the pack, no minimum.

How quickly can you deliver?

About a week from the day you approve the proof, for most printed things. If the date will not move, 3 to 4 working days is usually possible. Tell us the date and we will confirm before you commit to anything.

Can I see a sample before ordering?

Yes. A digital proof comes back within a few hours of your artwork arriving, and nothing is printed until you have signed it off. For a new lanyard design we print one and send you a photo of it as well.

Do you ship outside Ireland?

Yes, the UK and the rest of the EU. Ask for a delivery quote with the order and it goes on the same quote as the goods.

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

AI, PDF, EPS or SVG for preference. A PNG at 300dpi will do. If all you have is a screenshot of the letterhead, send that; we will tell you honestly whether it will print and redraw it if it will not.

Do you offer eco-friendly options?

Yes. rPET lanyards made from bottles, recycled paper lanyards, organic cotton tees and bags, and Tyvek wristbands that go in the recycling after the event. Ask and we will price the eco option next to the standard one.
