Event Passes & ID Cards
Event passes and ID cards printed both sides, on PVC, card or a recyclable stock. Barcodes or QR codes where the door wants them. The matching lanyard comes from the same order.

Event passes that earn their place
On paper a pass has one job. It says who somebody is. In practice it has four or five. The steward at the door has to read it from two metres. It has to say which zone the wearer belongs in without anyone asking. The sponsor paid to be on it and expects to be seen. And it has to survive three days of being sat on, rained on and shoved into a jacket pocket with a sandwich.
We print passes, lanyards and holders here in Dublin, so they arrive in one box and match.
Formats
The conference standard is an A6 card badge: heavy card, rounded corners, punched at the top so it hangs off a lanyard clip with no plastic wallet. Big enough for a name you can read while shaking hands, the agenda on the back and a row of sponsor logos.
For a festival or a season ticket, credit-card size PVC. Rigid, waterproof, and it will outlast the event by some years. It can be encoded if the pass also has to open a gate.
The eco card is plastic-free stock straight onto the lanyard. If your event has a sustainability line to report, this is the easiest single swap.
Who goes where
Most events do not need one pass. They need five that are obviously not each other. STAFF. CREW. PRESS. EXHIBITOR. VIP. A different colour for each is the cheapest crowd control there is, because the steward makes the call from across the corridor without squinting. We can print each as its own design, or run one design in five colourways, whichever keeps the artwork bill sensible.
Barcodes and QR codes
Put a code on the pass and it starts doing work. Scan at the door and you know who actually turned up, as opposed to who registered. Scan at the breakout rooms and you know which sessions were worth running. Give exhibitors a scanner and they get leads that are not a fishbowl of business cards.
Names
Blank, for you to write on. Or personalised from your delegate list: names, companies, roles, categories, whatever columns you have. For a big event we can print on the day as well, so the walk-in gets the same badge as everyone else and not a biro correction.
The lanyard is half the product
Delegates think of the pass and the strap as one thing, so they are better from one supplier. Our printed lanyards take the same artwork, and every one has a safety breakaway.
Minimum order: 50. Lead time: 3–5 working days from artwork approval. If the date is closer than that, ask; we will tell you what is possible for your quantity rather than promise something blind.
