How the trade discount works
You sell lanyards on, or you put them in a promotional package, or you are a printer whose customer asked for them and you would rather not send them elsewhere. You get a trade discount, on every quantity band. There is no application form and no minimum spend to unlock it. Tick trade on the enquiry and the first price you see is the trade price. The invoice is to you, plus VAT. The box can go to you or straight to your customer, and they will never hear from us.
Where the breaks are
The table on this page is the retail table. Its shape is worth knowing before you quote anyone. Between 30 and 100 lanyards the unit price roughly halves, from €7.65 to €3.23. It halves again by 300 (€1.67). After that it flattens out: €1.09 at 1,000, 90c at 3,000. So the steep part of the curve is all under 300, which is where a small nudge in quantity pays for itself, and where the customer who "needs about 80" is nearly always better off with 100.
Over 3,000 we do not publish a number. At that size the webbing, the press time and the delivery are all worth pricing properly for the actual job, so ask and we will.
What stays the same at any quantity
The lanyard. 20mm dye-sub, both sides in full colour, breakaway and trigger clip fitted, printed in Dublin. A digital proof within a few hours on every order and a photographed physical sample for a new design, before the run starts. No setup fee for one design. Several designs in one order are priced as several jobs, which is what they are.
Rollouts, reorders, the branch that opens every quarter
Staff lanyards for a company with eleven sites. The annual conference that needs the same thing again next October. A retailer adding a shop every few months. These are the orders where a supplier being twenty minutes away stops being a nicety. Standard turnaround is about a week from proof approval, and a reorder of a design we already hold is quicker than that, because the proofing is done. Send the quantity per site and the delivery addresses with the enquiry and we price the lot in one go.

Prices exclude VAT. Delivery in Ireland is charged separately — around €12.50 per 1,000 locally, or €35–€50 by courier depending on distance. Over 3,000, or more than one design in the same order, we'll price it for you.

Questions we get asked
Do you offer a trade discount?
Yes. Resellers, printers and promotional merchandise agencies get a trade discount on every quantity band. Say you are trade when you enquire and the price we send is the trade price. No forms, no vetting.
Where does the price stop falling?
3,000 lanyards is the last published band, at 90c each plus VAT. Anything above 3,000 we quote on its own rather than print a figure.
Is there a setup fee?
No. One design, no setup, no plate charge, no origination. If one order has three designs on it we price three jobs, because we are running three.
Do the published prices include VAT?
No. Everything on this page is plus VAT at the standard Irish rate, added on the invoice. Trade customers are invoiced the normal way and reclaim it as usual.
Can you deliver directly to my customer?
Yes. Put their address on the order and the courier takes the box there when the run is finished. The invoice still comes to you. Delivery is quoted separately, typically €35 to €50 within Ireland.
