Where the lanyard is printed decides when it arrives
A lanyard is a strip of webbing with a clip on it. Not complicated. What makes one late is distance. The artwork goes into a queue in another country, the proof comes back overnight, your one small change costs another night, and then the finished box spends a week on a lorry and two days in customs because somebody wrote the wrong code on a form. None of that is the lanyard's fault.
Ours are printed at Unit K1 on the Rathfarnham Road in Terenure. The proof is back within a few hours. Change something on Tuesday and it is looked at on Tuesday. Once you approve it, about a week. No customs, no duty, nothing sitting in a depot.
The lanyard itself
20mm webbing, printed through the fibre on both sides, from white. Whatever colours the artwork has, including the awkward ones. A safety breakaway at the back of the neck on every single one, because that is how a lanyard should be made, and a trigger clip at the front unless your holders need something else. Retractable reels, buckles and rPET webbing made from bottles are all there if the job wants them.
Prices are on this page. €7.65 a lanyard at 30. €3.23 at 100. €1.09 at 1,000 and 90c at 3,000. All plus VAT. There is no setup charge for one design.
Cork, Galway, Donegal
The box leaves by courier the day the run comes off the press, and it makes no odds to us whether it is going to Dublin 2 or the far end of Kerry. Delivery is quoted with the order rather than added afterwards: usually somewhere between €35 and €50 depending on the distance. One thing we cannot do is collections. There is no counter at the unit, so please do not plan around calling in.
Who buys from us
Hospitals. Government departments. Semi-states, a national library, the lottery. A long list of Irish companies who imported once, waited three weeks, and did not do it again. The lanyards in the pictures above are some of theirs. If you need a supplier who is actually here, with a Dublin address and an Irish VAT number and a phone that gets answered on (01) 200 5200, that is what we are.

Questions we get asked
Are your lanyards actually printed in Ireland?
Yes. Printed and packed in Terenure, Dublin 6W, from white webbing. Proofing happens here too, which is why a change to the artwork costs you a day and not a week.
How long does delivery take to Cork, Galway or Limerick?
Production is about a week once you approve the proof. The courier collects the day the run is finished and most Irish addresses have it the next working day. Delivery is a separate line on the quote, usually €35 to €50, and you see it before you approve anything.
Can I collect from you in Dublin?
No, sorry. There is no counter at the unit and we cannot do collections or drop-ins. Everything goes by courier, which for most people is quicker than the drive anyway.
Is there VAT on the price?
The prices on this page are ex VAT. It goes on the invoice at the standard Irish rate and if you are registered you claim it back as normal. Want a quote showing the VAT-inclusive figure? Ask and we will send one.
What is the minimum order?
30 lanyards. The unit price roughly halves between 30 and 100, so if you are anywhere near a band it is usually worth ordering up to it.
